DV Mélanie BEAUBAT-d’ESPOIS
A word from
dr Beaubat-d’Espois
From the age of 10, I knew I wanted to become a vet. Passionate about animals, especially horses, I did everything I could to make this dream come true.
I graduated from the National Veterinary School in Toulouse in 2002, and very quickly began working in the Paris region in a number of veterinary clinics and practices.
Wanting to see another side of my job, I joined a major global pharmaceutical laboratory, in the animal health department. This rewarding experience enabled me to meet many colleagues and discover veterinary clinics throughout France.
Armed with this expertise, I wanted to create my own structure in its image, in tune with the times.
That’s how I came to create VET’16… in 2016!

Our premises
Our services
We pay particular attention to prevention.
Our pets have become real members of our families and we all want them to live long and healthy lives.
And to have this pleasure, we have to be attentive to their health throughout their lives, even when they are doing well.

Médecine générale et préventive
In the event of illness, the Vet’16 clinic will be able to treat your companion. We are equipped with a wide range of medical imaging and analysis diagnostic equipment. So, during a single visit, you can benefit from comprehensive care at our clinic.
Preventive veterinary medicine aims to anticipate and avoid health problems in animals. It includes vaccination, sterilisation, treatment against parasites, and a suitable diet to maintain the animal’s well-being throughout its life.
Chirurgie
The VET’16 clinic performs standard surgeries on site, such as sterilisations, skin surgeries, etc. The clinic is equipped with a surgical room, with gas anaesthesia and a monitoring device, enabling these operations to be carried out under optimum safety conditions.
If complex surgery is required, we will refer you to the most qualified expert in our network of specialists.
Dentisterie
The oral health of animals is crucial to their general well-being. Dental problems can lead to more serious health complications, such as heart, kidney and liver disease.
We recommend that you have your pet’s mouth examined by a vet at least once a year to detect and treat oral pathologies as soon as possible.
The VET’16 veterinary clinic examines your pet’s teeth at each annual visit. Depending on the condition of your pet’s teeth, Dr Beaubat-d’Espois will recommend preventive care to be carried out at home or will suggest that you have treatment carried out at the clinic.
Analyses médicales
The VET’16 Clinic is equipped with an analysis laboratory. This allows us to carry out a large number of blood and urine analyses on site. This allows us to carry out a large number of blood and urine tests on site. The advantage is that you get results quickly, but above all, you don’t have to go to a laboratory to bring in your samples.
In some cases, we will have to entrust the analyses to an external laboratory, but in this case, we will take care of sending the samples to you and will send you the results.
Imagerie médicale
The VET’16 Clinic is equipped with a digital X-ray machine and an ultrasound scanner.
